What happens to the trees that we remove-completing the loop?

People who have unwanted, dying, rotten, or unsafe trees are often hesitant to remove them cause they feel bad  in doing so. We also feel bad removing trees  without good reason and often will refuse to do so.  If the tree does need to be removed for reasons of safety, etc.  then recycling is the next best thing.

The countertop in the photos came from a Monkeypod tree that was too close to a house and needed to be removed.  After removal we  milled it up, epoxied the top, installed it in a kitchen, and now it will continue to be beautiful and useful for years to come.

Mother Earth Father Time Tree Service prides itself on being a full service modern earth conscious tree care company. We are happy that we can complete the loop in our industry by using the by-products we  get to help keep  Hawaii  pollution free and beautiful.

Tree removal for view at Kealakekua Bay

See pictures  below of the view of the Bay or in the “Before and After”section of the blog.

Before-KBay view

I bet they thought about getting a nice view of The Bay for years. Now they got it!

During-KBay View

We used the crane to remove a few large trees that were blocking the view plane.

After-KBay View

Tree removal brought a view to this property that added approximately $50,000 in equity and a mind blowing view of Kealakekua Bay.

Testimonial

I want to send out a giant, heartfelt “Mahalo” to Toby and the crew of Mother Earth, Father time for the fantastic job they did on our property here in Opihihale.  We have a gigantic Banyan with limbs that were nearly crushing our studio, which required special pruning to save the structure while enabling us to continue enjoying this magnificent tree in a healthier, safer condition.  Due to our extremely rural location, there was no way to get the high-tech machinery to the site, so the tree had to be trimmed the old fashioned way, using only chain-saws, rope, skill,  courage, and sweat.

The total operation was amazing to watch, with Toby on the roof, working in tandem with Justin, who was working his “Monkey Magic,” perhaps 40 feet in the air, swinging from limb to limb, tying off, cutting and dropping the limbs chunk by chunk to the crew on the ground, who then trudged every piece through the forest to be chipped in a clear area.  The great teamwork was truly admirable, as was the positive, friendly attitude of the entire crew, and the complete professionalism of the whole operation down to the final cleanup.

I am truly impressed and so happy that I chose Mother Eearth for this special job.  They receive my highest recommendation to anyone interested, and I look foward to using them again in the future.
